Julius van the Laar will give an exciting keynote talk about Barack Obama and his campaign during our pre-conference plenary session on Monday evening to welcome all participants. After the reviewing period, we are happy to announce all accepted tutorials and papers. There was particularly strong competition this year and in the end we could only accept 53 papers (25%) from a total of 212 submissions for presentation at the conference.
